With over a decade of high-end culinary experience, Chef Esh-Marie aims to impress you with her four-course surf and turf menu. Start strong with a hand-picked assortment of cured meats, cheeses, spreads, and fresh fruit, followed by a restaurant-worthy shrimp Caesar salad. Get your forks ready for a perfectly juicy New York strip steak with a decadent, buttery lobster tail for the main course. A side dish of creamy garlic mashed potatoes topped with tender shellfish will leave you with a taste you won't forget. To complete the night, choose from a tantalizing array of dessert cakes.

Chef Esh-Marie was amazing! She exceeded our private chef expectations. Chef came early and stayed late, the dinner was delicious and she was very accommodating. She left the kitchen cleaner than it was when she arrived and was super friendly and fun to talk to. Thank you Chef!
