We had so much fun taking Chef LisaвЂ™s macaron class! We found parking easily, weвЂ™re greeted and attended to right away, and went over our experience and questions before jumping in to cooking. Once started, all the ingredients were ready to go and she helped us with step by step instructions while providing her own tips along the way! She made the time together enjoyable with her witty sense of humor and had us splitting out tasks to get everything accomplished in the time we had together. We left with a ton of delicious cookies and were surprised WE made them ourselves! Had a blast and would recommend!

We had such a blast with Chef Harold! He shared a wealth of knowledge about the fundamentals of making a restaurant-quality meal starting with miso soup and ending in a variety of maki rolls. Chef Shailini is amazing! Had a night set up that ended up just being myself and my girlfriend and she really made it a fun, interactive, and intimate setting. We arrived to have all the prep stations ready for us to dive right into the class and the result in the end was delicious - far to good for how easy it was to make once we learned. Chef HaroldвЂ™s class was amazing. I booked the class as a birthday present for my girlfriend, who has Celiac and can rarely have teriyaki sauce and had never had tempura before. Chef Harold makes everything at home so itвЂ™s all gluten free, and heвЂ™s very knowledgeable about food safety in general. The sushi we made was the best sushi weвЂ™ve ever had. Chef Harold is a great teacher and has a very fun personality, which made the class even better. We especially appreciated hearing about his long experience making sushi and his explanation of the different types of sushi. IвЂ™d recommend this experience to anyone, and canвЂ™t wait to try making it on my own.

I booked Chef Harold specifically because of how many positive reviews he has. The sushi was the best IвЂ™ve ever had but that wasnвЂ™t my favorite part to be honest. His personality is why I want to express how happy I am that I booked with Chef Harold. When I requested the class I wrote in the comments that I had gastric bypass surgery 7 months ago (so I can only have brown rice and nothing fried) and that I love sushi because the protein it provides really gives my body what it needs. When he arrived he told me he made a couple exceptions for me because of my comment (1. He has never gone to NH, thatвЂ™s where I live. 2. He has a two person minimum, I booked for just myself). He truly wants to help/educate people that want to learn about healthier ways to eat and prepare food. He even left me a sushi roll mat as a Christmas gift! His kindness inspired me to tell my story of surgery to others because some of those people just may help you. He helped me tremendously!!

I surprised my boyfriend with Chef HaroldвЂ™s Sushi Spectacular and it was amazing!! We learned how to make 2 rolls and 1 hand roll. It was cool to hear about his sushi experience. We ate so much sushi, it was well worth it! Highly recommend picking chef Harold!!

My girlfriend and I had a private vegan cooking lesson with Chef Sawsan and we couldnвЂ™t have asked for a better experience. She taught us how to make vegan paella which was absolutely delicious and surprisingly easy to follow. She provided a comfortable atmosphere and made us feel right at home in her kitchen. She was also happy to answer the hundred questions my girlfriend had about vegan cooking and taught her useful tricks in the kitchen that she will probably use forever. We would definitely take a class with her again and we recommend it for anyone interested in learning about vegan cooking or eating delicious vegan food.

My Dad and I had an amazing time today making sushi with Chef Jinhe! He supplied the freshest of ingredients and guided us through a number of different rolls. My Dad and I had a lot of questions throughout the lesson since we are both foodies and Chef Jinhe had all the answers. Definitely a great experience and would highly recommend!

Chef Jinhe was a phenomenal chef and instructor. I surprised my husband with a Sushi cooking class for Valentine's Day and we both throughly enjoyed Chef Jinhe's class. He was well-prepared and explained how to cook sushi in a very simple fun way. My husband and I stumbled with some of the techniques, yet Chef Jinhe was patient and helped us along the way . We left his comfy home feeling like we learned new skills and incredibly excited to try sushi on our own. Highly recommended! 10 stars from this couple!

"This was the best gift I've ever received on Valentine's Day!" These were the words that came out of my Wife's mouth when we got back into the car after leaving Chef Jinhe Terri's place. I believe that 1-on-1 Sushi classes will become the next BIG thing because not only were they easy to make but Chef Jinhe made the experience so much fun and immersive. He had the freshest ingredients on hand, and a very clean and sanitized environment to cook in. Furthermore, we got to taste the food as we went along, and lastly enjoyed all of our creations at an intimate dinner table with all of the sauces just like in a real restaurant. It was awesome and we definitely plan on going back real soon. Thank you again Chef Jinhe Terri!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed every minute of this French Bistro class. From the moment we met Lisa it was enjoyable conversation, extremely educational, and a ton of fun. A pleasant surprise was the romantic candle light dinner setting as Lisa served us and we enjoyed the food that we made. We will definitely be going back for more classes and delicious food!

Our afternoon with Chef Harold was so much fun! He showed up on time and was very friendly. He talked about his background and we learn alot about sushi and how it is prepared. After he expertly prepared us our meal and chatted while we ate, Chef showed us how to roll and present our own sushi. There was so much food I was stuffed and had plenty left over. Chef's visit lasted about two hours and was an experience we'll never forget.

Chef Harold was fantastic! After many failed attempts at making sushi ourselves, my S/O and I were able to nail it first try with his class. We learned some basic staples like miso soup, but he also introduced us to some sushi combinations that we had never had before, such as his lobster rangoon maki (salty, sweet, perfect). Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend Chef Harold to other sushi beginners as well.

Chef Harold was very flexible. He let us start a little later than scheduled and worked with a smaller kitchen just fine. For the most part, he makes the meal but thereвЂ™s a lot of education along the way. At the end, however, youвЂ™re able to make your own maki and hand roll!!!
