Gifted this experience to my boyfriend! We are both foodies and enjoy Asian cuisine and this class was a wonderful time! Our favorite creations during the class were the momo and the dessert, but everything was delicious and we left with very full bellies! Chef Shailini created a very open environment for all skill levels and was incredibly welcoming and friendly!

Chef Shailini is amazing! Had a night set up that ended up just being myself and my girlfriend and she really made it a fun, interactive, and intimate setting. We arrived to have all the prep stations ready for us to dive right into the class and the result in the end was delicious - far to good for how easy it was to make once we learned. Looking forward to using the recipes many times to come

I bought two tickets to this event for myself and my Mom as a holiday mom/daughter experience. We attended with another mother daughter couple which made it extra fun. The food, fun and conversation was excellent and I can genuinely say I learned a few new things along with enjoying some seriously delicious appetizers!

Chef Dorian is a real master of truffle making! In his hands-on class, truffles are created easily and effortlessly. The entire class was creative and fun. I am definitely taking another class and inviting my family for some family truffle fun!

Our family (parents and a daughter) joined a French class at 5 pm 9/1. It was a great experience! We learned a lot while having a fun time. Chef John Peredina is very talented and funny Chief! Thanks to him and the team members! The classroom (cooking and eating area) is big and clean. the arrangement was what we expected and nice. We highly recommend this class.

Chef Shailini was energetic and engaging! She kept the group involved in the cooking and was very willing to answer any and all questions. As a group we split up and shared all the tasks and duties, so it was a great group event and nice to meet new people. As my first cooking class, I loved it! In terms of what I'd do differently, next time I think there would ideally be a few fewer people so that we were all more involved throughout the session and spent less time waiting for another task. This was also complicated by the fact that now knowing the people in the group you didn't want to too eagerly volunteer for a task because that might mean taking an opportunity away from someone else. Thus, I think perhaps 4-6 people instead of 8 people would be ideal for this class. Thank you, Chef Shailini! I can't wait to recreate what I learned in your class at home! MOMOS HERE I COME!

Chef Shailini was absolutely incredible, and my boyfriend and I had the best night partaking in her class. We learned so much, had great conversation, were able to meet her son and even end the night with some fun dancing. We certainly want to do another class with her in the near future and would 100% recommend anyone to sign up for her class. SheвЂ™s beyond welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. Chef Shailini led a super fun and engaging cooking experience, teaching us how to make 7 different traditional Nepalese dishes. It was surprising how most of the dishes could be made with very accessible ingredients, and my girlfriend and I left really excited and motivated to try making them ourselves. The highlight for us was making Momos, the Nepalese traditional dumpling (which we actually learned was stolen from a chinese recipe and integrated into the Nepalese culture as one of the country's most popular dishes). The experience was fun, funny, and educational, and would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again!!

An unbelievable experience! Highly recommend to all. A great date night. The food is amazing, and Shailini even provided us tupperware to take home leftovers (the food made a great lunch the next day at work too.) She also prepared bonus dishes and provided bonus recipes afterwords. Shailini is warm, funny, welcoming, and wants her guests to feel comfortable. She invites all to participate to whatever degree they're comfortable with. Will be taking a class with her again.

My fiancГ© and I had the opportunity to take Chef Shailini's Nepalese Cuisine class. Her class was amazing and she takes so much effort and time to make it a special experience. I had a last minute work call which delayed us and Chef Shailini was very accommodating for a late start on a week night. We had a blast making 7 dishes, learning new techniques and spending time understanding where to go for quality ingredients for the dishes. We definitely will be back for another class!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at the Authentic Nepalese Cuisine class with Chef Shailini! This was our 3 year anniversary and we wanted to do something special - this did not disappoint! The food was delicious - we particularly loved making (and then eating!!) the momo. Our class was small (only 4 of us total) and very personable. We appreciated the warm welcome Chef Shailini gave us into her home. The dining experience at the end with the real chinaware, cloth napkins, and candles just made the whole night so special. Chef ShailiniвЂ™s Nepali cooking class was a truly memorable, informative and fun experience! I got this class as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend who loves Nepali food, and Chef ShailiniвЂ™s class delivered on all fronts. We loved learning about authentic Nepali cuisine cooking techniques. All the food was delicious and making momos (Nepali dumplings) from scratch stood out as one of the highlights of the class. Chef ShailiniвЂ™s warm, inquisitive energy made you feel immediately welcomed into her kitchen and kept you laughing throughout the class as she shared her many cooking and teaching stories. I also appreciated how accommodating Chef Shailini was of our dietary restrictions. My boyfriend is vegetarian, and Chef Shailini pre-prepared a delicious vegetarian momo filling and mushroom salad alternative to the chicken salad. Finally, Chef ShailiniвЂ™s hospitality was unmatched. She set her dining table for us using her fine dishes, flatware, and napkins, and offered plenty of leftovers to send us home with. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Chef ShailiniвЂ™s class to anyone looking for a unique, fun, and delicious culinary experience!
