Cooking Class - Craft Cozy Holiday Bakes in Cambridge

I was lucky enough to take a group class with Chef Kayla and also have had opportunities to try her meals multiple times. In class, Chef Kayla is warm, kind, never makes you feel dumb, handles a group well, and can answer any question you throw at her- even the history of the food or alternative ingredients or cooking methods and why she chose what she did. You become better at cooking anything after a class with her, not just whatever the topic is. Her food is delicious, thoughtful, and creative, and I’ve gotten to try enough of it that whether it’s pastry, veggies, meat or soup- if Kayla made it, it’ll be delicious, balanced, and cooked perfectly!

Chef Kayla was awesome! She explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, she answered any questions we had, and was always available for assistance when we needed it. My bagels turned out far better than I thought they would and they tasted amazing. I would definitely take another one of her classes. Thank you Chef Kayla!!
