With more than 20 years of sushi-making experience from California to Boston, Chef Harold will break down the techniques that turn simple ingredients into delicious rolls. This class focuses on inside-out rolls (uramaki) and hand rolls (temaki), giving you the skills to confidently recreate your favorites at home.
