WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the wonders of Thai cuisine with a five-star chef as your cooking class guide.
Discover the complex flavors of Thai cuisine in this adventurous, fun cooking class. Join a five-star chef as you build a veggie-packed jungle curry. Then, you'll mince and prepare fresh chicken for seasoned lettuce cups, accented with steamed rice. Complete your culinary journey with refreshing coconut and lime-infused sorbet.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Amelia was lovely and has so much to share. She fielded questions, explained all in a way those that have cooking experience as well as those who don’t can understand. Everything was delicious and we will try to recreate from home!!! Thank you chef!!
