We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and wouldâ€™ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.

Chef Amalia was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about her. She was not only incredibly patient but also took the time to walk us through each step of the cooking class with such warmth and clarity. It felt like cooking with a close friend who just happens to be an expert chef! Her guidance made the entire experience so enjoyable and engaging. What truly stood out were her fantastic suggestions for substituting ingredients, making it easy for us to recreate the delicious meal at home. We have since made chicken dumplings using the techniques we learned during the class. And let's talk about that lemon-flavored caramel â€“ it was a revelation! Learning how to make it was definitely a highlight of the class for me. I'm already looking forward to signing up for another class with Chef Amalia. Her expertise, passion, and delightful personality truly make her classes a must-do experience!

AMAZING!! This was our first time taking a cooking class and it was such a great experience all around. Chef Adam provided the perfect blend of skill, knowledge, and fun! The laid back environment and casual conversation made the night a pleasure. Plus the sushi was better than any restaurant weâ€™ve gone to. We had this experience back in October, and unfortunately life craziness has kept pushing this review to the back burner. Chef Adam gave us a wonderful experience in his beautiful kitchen. As a frequent at home cook, Iâ€™ve learned a lot over the years, but Adam came strong with lots of tips and techniques that I didnâ€™t know. His vast experience was on full display. The chef's kitchen is perfect, he made us feel at home from the first moment. we feel very comfortable. We made a lot of pizzas, we learned a lot and we had a spectacular dinner.
