Chef Amalia was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about her. She was not only incredibly patient but also took the time to walk us through each step of the cooking class with such warmth and clarity. It felt like cooking with a close friend who just happens to be an expert chef! Her guidance made the entire experience so enjoyable and engaging. What truly stood out were her fantastic suggestions for substituting ingredients, making it easy for us to recreate the delicious meal at home. We have since made chicken dumplings using the techniques we learned during the class. And let's talk about that lemon-flavored caramel вЂ“ it was a revelation! Learning how to make it was definitely a highlight of the class for me. I'm already looking forward to signing up for another class with Chef Amalia. Her expertise, passion, and delightful personality truly make her classes a must-do experience!

AMAZING!! This was our first time taking a cooking class and it was such a great experience all around. Chef Adam provided the perfect blend of skill, knowledge, and fun! The laid back environment and casual conversation made the night a pleasure. Plus the sushi was better than any restaurant weвЂ™ve gone to. We highly recommend taking any class with Chef Adam, we will definitely be back!

We had this experience back in October, and unfortunately life craziness has kept pushing this review to the back burner. Chef Adam provided an amazing evening for my partner and I and absolutely deserves the five star review, no matter how delayed we are in posting! Adam provided a relaxed environment for us to not only learn how to make sushi, but a lot of techniques and practices for everyday in our home cooking. I cannot recommend him or this experience more!

Chef Adam gave us a wonderful experience in his beautiful kitchen. As a frequent at home cook, IвЂ™ve learned a lot over the years, but Adam came strong with lots of tips and techniques that I didnвЂ™t know. His vast experience was on full display. The food we cooked was absolutely delicious and easily accessible for people of all cooking levels. The experience was educational, entertaining and fun. My wife and I look forward to doing it again and bringing with us our friends and family.

Relaxed time making delicious food with Chef Adam. Adam was a very knowledgeable chef and had lots of helpful information about the process of making "great" pasta. His kitchen was a perfect space, and our food was really delicious. Totally enjoyed the evening.

This class was absolutely fun from the start. I have to confess that we didn't know what to expect but the chef explained everything to us very well. The chef's kitchen is perfect, he made us feel at home from the first moment. we feel very comfortable. We made a lot of pizzas, we learned a lot and we had a spectacular dinner. This was the best Valentine's gift, a fabulous experience with a chef with incredible experience. highly recommended.

I took my Daughter and her friend to Chef AdamвЂ™s sushi making class. Chef Adam was amazing. He explained the recipes and the processes thoroughly. He was extremely patient and his instructions we right on point. The food was delicious. We had the best time. We are already talking about what class we can take next with Chef Adam.
