WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to cook a full French meal with salmon, salad, green beans and clafoutis.
Enjoy the rustic elegance of French farm-to-table cuisine in this cooking class. This session teaches traditional techniques through a creative, hands-on format, guiding guests in preparing grilled salmon with lemon-dill butter, haricots verts with Herbes de Provence, a fennel and apple salad with hazelnuts and a traditional plum clafoutis.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and would’ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.
