WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover spices and recipes that define Indian cuisine.
Discover the vibrant flavors of India in this interactive cooking class in White Plains (Westchester). You’ll create chicken tikka masala paired with fluffy basmati rice, roast eggplant with coriander and ginger and prepare warm scallion naan by hand. For a refreshing finish, Chef Amalia or one of the talented resident chefs will show you how to whip up a mango yogurt lassi. This cooking class in White Plains (Westchester) is beginner-friendly and perfect for curious foodies who want to try something new. With bold spices, colorful dishes and plenty of tasting along the way, you’ll enjoy a flavorful evening to remember.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
