Uncover the techniques behind perfect beignets, berry fritters and glazed mochi donuts.
This cooking class offers an intimate look at crafting the beloved, delicious world of morning pastries from scratch. Learn from an esteemed chef and discover how to make light and fluffy beignets with powdered sugar, mixed berry fritters with raspberry-lemon glaze and indulgent glazed mochi donuts.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and would’ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.
