WHAT YOU’LL DO

Savor the flavors of Japanese cuisine by preparing a few popular dishes.
In this immersive cooking class, you'll explore a modern take on umami-rich Japanese cuisine. Guided by an esteemed chef, you'll expertly craft delicate shrimp and pork gyoza and crispy spring vegetable tempura, each paired with aromatic dipping sauces. Grill chicken yakitori, a beloved street food, glazed with a tangy yuzu and orange sauce. For dessert, indulge in black sesame miso cookies, a unique and flavorful twist on a classic treat.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
