WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create a rustic Italian feast with fire-kissed dishes and refreshing basil limoncello sorbet.
Gather around the grill and bring authentic Italian dishes to life in this cooking class. Learn new grilling techniques, how to choose the right ingredients and get your questions answered by a 5-star chef. You’ll make grilled chicken diavola, paired with grilled asparagus with capers and lemon, grilled bread and tomato salad with basil vinaigrette and for dessert, a refreshing basil limoncello sorbet.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and would’ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.
