WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the spicy flavors that characterise the Szechuan region of China.
Delight your friends with a cooking class focussed on traditional Szechuan dishes at this skills-boosting cooking class. Led by the chef instructor, you’ll learn fundamentals of Chinese cookery such as boiling noodles, making crisp wontons with a tender pork filling and using a wok to fry vegetables. As a bonus, you’ll also prepare milk tea.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
