WHAT YOU’LL DO

Embrace winter in Paris with rich and hearty French dishes perfect for chilly nights.
Step into a Parisian winter kitchen with this delightful cooking class. Start with a roasted chicken, bathed in tarragon cream sauce, and roasted root vegetables that evoke the season’s flavors. The arugula and fennel salad, dressed with a toasted walnut vinaigrette, offers a light contrast to the rich dishes. End the evening with crêpes topped with orange caramel sauce, a sweet and comforting finish to this winter-inspired French meal.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
