WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cook French Cuisine Like a Pro.
Learn to work the flavors of France in this hands-on cooking class! An instructor will share classic French cooking techniques for making succulent meat, sauce, roasting fresh potatoes and more. You'll get to savor up some dessert and by the end of the class, you'll be feeling like a true pro.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and would’ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.
