WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn hands-on knife skills from a five-star chef.
Discover the comforting flavors of fresh ravioli in this exciting cooking class. Learn to make ravioli dough and filling from scratch while having a blast in the kitchen. Start with a refreshing shaved Brussels sprouts, walnuts and citrus salad. Next, prepare two types of ravioli: a pumpkin agnolotti with brown butter and sage sauce and a three-cheese ravioli with pancetta-tomato sauce.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and would’ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.
