Learn to create traditional French brasserie dishes with steak, frites and a perfect crème brûlée.
Cook and perfect your brasserie skills in this cooking class. Join an expert chef to prepare authentic dishes and create high-quality food at home with easy-to-make recipes, techniques and insights. Make strip steak with whole-grain mustard sauce, crispy frites and a flavorful haricots verts salad with shallot vinaigrette. For the perfect ending, enjoy a rich orange crème brûlée. Book your spot today and elevate your cooking skills.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and would’ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.
