WHAT YOU’LL DO

Shape three festive breads and learn the dough behind them.
Discover how three very different holiday breads all start from one good dough in this hands-on cooking class. You'll mix, knead and proof before shaping a raspberry snowflake pull-apart wreath, a chocolate hazelnut babka and a sticky salted caramel monkey bread – each with its own festive twist. Book this bread class today.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and would’ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.
