WHAT YOU’LL DO

Get rolling in the right direction with this exciting session on handmade sushi.
Your kitchen becomes a sushi bar with the creations you'll master in this hands-on cooking class. Learn knifing and ricing skills practiced by the pros while working with an expert sushi chef. You'll craft crispy tempura and a selection of classic rolls, along with ideal sushi rice and a savory dipping sauce.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
