WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to prepare a romantic Italian dinner, including fresh pasta, steak tagliata and panna cotta.
Nothing is more romantic than preparing an Italian menu together in a cooking class. Learn the story behind each dish, improve your kitchen skills and create a traditional menu with a top-rated chef. Make steak tagliata with arugula and parmesan, homemade fettuccine with crispy pancetta, artichoke and truffle oil and fresh pasta dough. Share this meal and end with a vanilla-mascarpone panna cotta for dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

We made 3 different types of sushi rolls and matcha ice cream. Our chef Amalia was amazing! So patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant! The facilities staff was great but it was extremely cold in the kitchen and would’ve been nicer to have seating for mealtime instead of standing.
