Chef Mordechai is amazing. My pizza making cooking class with Chef Mordechai was the best cooking class I ever had. The class is fun and very hands on. Chef brought a lot of extra materials for everyone to have plenty to practice and nailed the techniques and everything tasted amazing. Chef also agree to show us how to use my own wood burning pizza oven and share lots of tips. I will definitely recommend this class to everyone!

We had such an awesome class with Chef Moti! He came to our apartment and was so organized with the recipes and needed equipment that we didn't have. The Mediterranean food we made through his guidance SO delicious, truly some of the best med food I've had (and big portions, enough for leftovers :)). He was very accommodating with dietary restrictions, collaborating with me to come up with a menu that worked for our group. He created a fun atmosphere that my family all enjoyed, we shared laughs and stories of life. He taught us cooking techniques that I'm excited to take into our everyday cooking. We LOVED our Dim Sum & then Some cooking class with Chef Mike! From his thorough knowledge of ingredients, flavor profiles, putting together a menu, having each of the six of us work on specific tasks in perfect orchestration - everything about this experience was spectacular! We learned so much and had a delicious home-cooked dim sum meal and met some new friends in the process. Can't recommend this experience enough!

We had a great time, and the tapas and paellas that we were making are something that I can continue to make at home. It was delicious. But more importantly, Chef Daniel is patient and thoughtful. He shares his experience organizing one's kitchen, prepping before cooking, using a knife effectively, and managing the heat during cooking, all of those little things that make up an excellent dish. Something you couldn't get from merely reading and following the recipe. It is about learning great cooking habits and workflow. One tends to want to cook more often if one has a great workflow and process to achieve the desired outcome.

Chef David is not only a great chef, he's charismatic and a lot of fun. He knows how to walk the fine line between being playful and casual while also remaining very professional - quite a feat! The meal was absolutely delicious, and we picked up a lot of everyday cooking skills like tips and tricks that will dramatically reduce the time it takes for you to chop vegetables! Lots of fun, I highly recommend

Meghna was fantastic! I loved her introduction of spices and how each one was used. The rice was different and amazing as well as all of the savory dishes. Some of the best Indian dishes I have had even after travelled to India for 5 months. Thanks , we will be back!

I am still going to give Chef Daniel five stars for being genial and professional, even though it was very hard to navigate the neighborhood, as Santee is more of an alley than a street, and the building itself was hard to get into, with so many security features. I was late as a result.

This class was beyond amazing! My husband and I decided to take this pizza cooking class as our date day/night. We learned how to make 3 types of pizza from scratch. The best part is enjoying the pizza. It tasted very yummy. I would recommended this pizza class to everyone. Chef Daniel was very organized, detailed. His studio was the best place to learn how to make pizza.

Chef Joni was an amazing teacher for our Paella for two class. She had everything laid out beautifully and even had a little snack area so we could munch while cooking. The first thing we made was Sangria, which was lovely to sip on throughout the class. She taught us new techniques for cutting veggies and also introduced us to new ingreidents we hadn't used before. She also made sure to capture all the moments for us, taking pictures, and really laying out her areas to be "instagram ready." We made paella but also a valencia orange cake which was so easy to make and tastey! The decorating of the desserts portion of the class was so fun! Our time with her flew by even though the class actually ran a little longer than scheduled! The result was amazing food and an amazing time. She even took us out to her garden to see the veggies she was growing. She was very kind and obviously passionate about her work. We had plenty of left over food and Sangria to take home. I highly recommend a class with Chef Joni!

We loved the Paella and it was nice to have Chef Joni dine with us! She also showed us how to make Spanish Sangria. We so enjoyed our time in the kitchen with Chef Joni!!

Such a wonderful experience with Chef Daniel! My partner and I learned how to make tapas and a seafood paella, which turned out delicious! Having very little experience in culinenary, Chef Daniel makes you feel comfortable in the kitchen, which made the class enjoyable and fun! I would highly recommend this class for anyone who wants to learn (and of course eat!) Spanish cuisine.

Loved all the info about food in different regions of India and when/how to use certain spices. Food was delicious -- the chef and her recipes were easy to follow. Class ran over by 30 mins, though it was a pleasant class and I liked that we didn't feel rushed to finish.

We had so much fun in this class. Chef Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and gives you a hands on pizza making experience. Before the class, he ensured we had the appropriate directions (with pictures) to find his place easily and truly set the tone for an awesome evening. We plan on taking other classes with him and would definitely recommend him to others. During the class, we made 3 pizzas and he was hands on the entire time- ensuring we knew what we were doing, explaining how ingredients were working together, and setting us up for success when we try the same thing at home.

Chef Meghna was a wealth of knowledge with Indian food, spices, and history of it all. I donвЂ™t really cook so it was great to have her walk us through everything step by step. She was truly an amazing chef and I would definitely do another class with her in the future.

Chef Daniel's class was great and great venue. If you want to learn real pizza making skills and the reasons behind everything from making the dough to making ricotta topping this is your class. Fun and tasty...we made 3 pizzas. Thanks Chef!

Chef Joni was amazing! She was so much fun to cook with. She taught us great cooking skills but was careful to meet us where we were at in our culinary experience, and she never made us feel intimidated. One of my favorite parts of the experience was that she brought in alot of food science into the class which helped us to understand what was happening with our food and why at certain points in the process. I would highly recommend taking a class with her!

Daniel was super knowledgeable and gave us a fun hands-on experience. He was a joy to be around and the pizza we made was THE BEST pizza we ever had. The pesto ham one was our favorite. This was a super fun night! Meghna made Indian cooking really accessible and helped us at each step. She also taught us about Indian cuisine and the typical spices used. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun activity and/or date night!
