Chef Polly is super knowledgeable and brought some amazing recopies to the class. She was so easy to talk to and guided us throughout the whole day and even prepared a few special side dishes along the way as well. We very much enjoyed our time with her making delicious food, and the cooking space is so beautiful as well with great scenery. We can't wait to try another one of her classes in the near future (and bring our friends!)

Such a fun night! Chef Eddie was an amazing teacher, giving detailed instructions plus individual feedback and recommendations to everyone who attended. He also taught us a ton about soy sauces and how to mix different ingredients together to make the perfect dumpling dipping sauce. And of course all the food was exceptionally delicious. We've already discussed looking for more Chef Eddie classes to attend in the future!

What a terrific experience this was. Eddie was outstanding. I'm a school leader, and I know a good teacher when I see one - Eddie is top notch. He gave clear, kind instructions. Everyone got better in a hurry, and we had fun along the way. He was so thoughtful in the construction of the experience over the course of the evening. Couldn't recommend this experience more highly!

10/10 this was an amazing class, and I strongly recommend it! Chef Eddie taught us how to prepare the dumpling dough from scratch. This consisted the kneading, the resting, the breaking off pieces, rolling them out, how to stuff and cook them. What I really appreciated what how creative he was in his teaching methods. For demonstration and practice, he had a rough practice dough for us to practice with while our dough was resting. He even had us practice pleating with Playdo, which I thought was brilliant! There was even a little camera to project what his fingers were doing onto a large TV, so that watch either the finesse of the fingers or the larger view. Chef Eddie also made sure to check in on how we were doing, and provided regular and frequent feedback so that we learned how to do everything correctly. And it worked - all the dumplings in our class survived! In addition, he also demonstrated how to braise pork belly (which was delicious), and how to prepare Tang Yuan as a rice-flour dessert variant of the dumpling. Chef Eddie had us try various soy sauces so that we could experience how they vary in flavor an quality, and also explained to us the stories and cultural significance of these dishes. I absolutely loved this class, and if any of my friends express curiosity in how to make dumplings I will immediately direct them to Chef Eddie. If I could take it again, I would!

We took the adventures in Thai Cooking with Chef Elham. Loved it. Small class--3 couples so each worked on a separate recipe. Chef went over ingredients, how to prepare them, shared with us many of the unique ingredients and how to get them. The food was amazing, I left feeling like I could make any of these dishes at home, and cant wait to try them.

Eddie was awesome. HeвЂ™s an incredible teacher - went to great length to impart some really useful info, without being tedious. He was super engaging the whole time, had everyone making some exquisite looking dumplings by the end of the night, and his recipes were amazing! I canвЂ™t say enough good things. My partner and I had a blast at Chef Pooja's Asian Fusion Feast cooking class. We were warmly welcomed into her spacious and cozy kitchen, where we got hands-on experience whipping up a feast. We LOVED our Dim Sum & then Some cooking class with Chef Mike! From his thorough knowledge of ingredients, flavor profiles, putting together a menu, having each of the six of us work on specific tasks in perfect orchestration - everything about this experience was spectacular! We learned so much and had a delicious home-cooked dim sum meal and met some new friends in the process. Can't recommend this experience enough!

We had a great time! Chef Elham opened up her home to us, had all the ingredients ready and provided a nice set up. There were 8 people in the class which made it a lot more fun. Such a great experience. The downside to it (nothing to do with the chef) the app needs to be more clear on the area that youвЂ™re booking the class inвЂ¦ AndвЂ¦ There needs to be more communication before they take your money. This is legit class and the company is real. The way they book the class makes you feel like it is a scam. Other than that, Chef Elham made it a positive and fun experience.

The Chef was awesome, great personality, very fun and engaging. The group had a good time! However, the venue itself (I believe the chef's home) was quite shocking. There was a mess everywhere. There were non-functioning lights. The space was small but very untidy and felt chaotic. There was also a cat, which for our group was OK, but might affect others if there are allergies for guests, etc. The supplies were mis-matched and it felt disjointed. He had everything mapped and planned out well, but just seemed too casual for a corporate group. I would not suggest this for any type of executive/corporate group - but Ok for a group of friends or family.

Chef Dirk was amazing. I booked this class for my friends birthday and we had so much fun! The food was delicious and Dirk was a great host and instructor. My friend can be a bit shy but Dirk made the entire environment light and really enjoyable. We would absolutely take another class with Chef Dirk. And we wouldn't mind being friends with him.

Chef Edison was a great host! The class was held in his home, where he made us feel comfortable and welcome. There was a wide variety of seafood and toppings that we were able to choose from to create our own unique rolls. Chef Edison taught us several different styles of sushi and let us get after it with a blow torch too! My boyfriend and I had a great time and are going to use what we learned to make sushi tonight.

Chef Phoebe was an absolute delight! She covered so many topics with true passion and it was infectious! :) It was great to hear a true story of following your dreams, and the many wild stories she had to share as we stuffed ourselves with AMAZING sushi! Chef Sara was awesome and the experience overall was amazing! How cool to have a private chef come to your home and teach just you and your friends!! I mean, the whole idea of this service is absolutely incredible and I can't believe I never knew it existed before now! My husband and I took a cooking class (Vietnamese Cuisine) with Chef Roger--he is the BEST!!! An enthusiastic teacher, amazing/creative chef, and completely accommodated my dietary needs. His use of fresh, local (some from his backyard gardens!), and HIGH quality ingredients made our experience incredible. He was kind and patient and helped us learn cool hacks/techniques that will really enable us to replicate these dishes at home. We will DEFINITELY be using Cozymeal again--and 100% taking more classes with Chef Roger!

Chef Edison is great. Loved the class, and you will too. Just know, if you think you're done eating after making the rolls, you're wrong! I filled up a lot on those, and there was still maki, nigiri and hand rolls to make and eat! There was so much fish, I didn't know how to process it. Thanks Chef!

Chef Ryan was great! My husband and I had so much fun learning about Filipino food and making such a delicious meal. Ryan was patient with us and made everything super comfortable and friendly. We ended up with a good amount of leftovers, too, so we got to have our dishes again the next night for dinner. I'd highly recommend this class to a couple looking for a fun and relaxing evening with yummy food!
