What You’ll Do

Enjoy colorful seasonal vegetables mixed with Indian flair in this healthy feast of Indian dishes.

Seasonal vegetables take on an Indian flair in this flavorful, healthy Indian food cooking class where you'll use high-quality ingredients and learn smart cooking techniques.

Chef Parsati will teach you how to make lightly fried salmon amritsari, a popular Indian street food dish, with pickled onions and cranberry dip, saag dal prepared with seasonal leafy greens and a blend of Indian spices, and green beans cooked in a cream-based gravy. Lastly, craft an almond ladoo spiced with cardamom and fennel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Parsati was an amazing teacher. She is so knowledgeable and tailored the information to our cooking experience. She made Indian cooking and the usage of many spices feel approachable and replicable at home. The food was so delicious and we had so much fun.
