Chef Parsati was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about cooking and shared tips in a easy to remember way. The food was amazing (healthy seasonal indian cuisine) and I am already planning on making it for my friends this week. My team had a great time cooking and eating together in your home. Thank you!

Chef Parsati is amazing! She's travelled and lived all over the world and brings that experience along with a strong culinary knowledge into her cooking. She's a great teacher and welcomed us into our home where we took her heathy Indian cooking class. We learned a lot, the food was delicious, and Parsati's timing to be able to fit four dishes (two entrees, a dessert, and an appetizer) in a short time frame was definitely impressive. We had an amazing time, so thank you Chef Parsati!

Chef Parsati was awesome. She explained minutest of details while letting us prepare the food. Those tips and tricks are the ones that will make your food shine. Also, she will ask you what are you looking for from this class and she will make sure you learn it from this class. She even told us how to pair certain dishes to enhance the taste of overall meal. I loved her class and recommend it to everyone.
