Maggie was such a fantastic teacher and made amazingly flavorful food for us! I don't usually expect delicious Vegan European food, but this surpassed all my expectations.
My favorite dish of the night was the ratatouille with each flavor note standing out beautifully and paired perfectly with a simple baked potato topped with hollandaise sauce. Yum!
The best part was that all the dishes being so simple and healthy, are easily replicable any other time at home. We definitely learned a lot and cannot recommend her enough!

This is an overdue review for an incredible time with Chef Eric! My boyfriend and I took his French Pastry class around Valentine's Day and it was such a great learning experience. Eric walked us through all the steps, showed us his techniques of making the perfect dough, and also sent us home with extra dough so we could make a second galette at home on our own. Overall, highly recommend Chef Eric and we're looking forward to taking more of his classes!

Chef Elham was really well-organized and generous with her advice, even about cooking techniques that weren't explicitly related to the class. (For example, she gave really good tips on knife skills, pans to use, and other tips). I was impressed that the class got to do and learn so much.

Chef Eloise was very knowledgeable about macarons and was very friendly. For such a technical dish, she made it fun and easy to follow along. The one suggestion I would make is for her to play some soft music in the background to add to the ambiance of the experience.

Chef Dirk was so gracious in inviting us into his home (which happens to be the most gorgeous home.) He ensured that our experience was amazing from the beginning. Every person got a turn on every aspect of the meal, and chef Dirk was so great about making sure this happened. He was very personable and had a great balance of sharing personal annnectodes while at the same time listening to those who were a part of the class! Lastly, the food was absolutley amazing. Wow! We had an absolute blast with Dirk - an excellent evening out and much more interesting and engaging than just going out for dinner. The cooking class was advertised to be 3 hours but we ended up leaving staying and enjoying our food for another 90 minutes. Dirk was a pleasure to be with, we learned a bit about cooking, and we spent a lovely evening in his beautiful home. I am glad I did this and I look forward to the opportunity to do it again!

We had an amazing class with Chef Dirk. Perfect for a team offsite. Chef Dirk was super energetic (and funny!) throughout the class. The food was delicious (+ we got great pointers on table setting and plating)! We had a few vegetarians in the group and he accommodated perfectly.
This was the best part of our team offsite and would highly recommend.

home was beautiful and I know 2 hours isn't much time to prepare meals together, but I would have liked more involvement for all of us to prep the meals. I wasn't happy with so many carbs and the flatbreads were missing spices. Potatoes were the highlight. Bruschetta were boring. needed some basil.
