WHAT YOU’LL DO
Travel from Marseille to Paris with Chef Dirk in this fun culinary team building experience.
In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Dirk, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course French menu that draws on ingredients, recipes, and techniques from various regions of France. You and your team will begin by working together to construct a traditional French country salad. Then, you will learn how to prepare a one-dish dinner brimming with fresh and flavorful tomatoes, fork tender chicken, and aromatics aplenty. Lastly, you and your team will discover the beauty and elegance of a legendary French pear dessert.
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

We did the cozymeal cooking class (Asian fusion) as part of our team building activity. It was very fun and interactive. We learned so much about the different dishes, Chef Dirk and his assistant, Max, were also very friendly and funny! They had fun giveaways as well. The food was delicious. We were a group of 14 and it was just a new and refreshing way to have dinner with your colleagues apart from the traditional business meal dinner. highly recommend. They provide aprons for you but we brough our own company branded aprons.
