Chef Mordechai is amazing. My pizza making cooking class with Chef Mordechai was the best cooking class I ever had. The class is fun and very hands on. Chef brought a lot of extra materials for everyone to have plenty to practice and nailed the techniques and everything tasted amazing. Chef also agree to show us how to use my own wood burning pizza oven and share lots of tips. I will definitely recommend this class to everyone!

We had so much fun at Chef Lorenzo's class! The food was great and tasted so good after a long day of work. If you are considering booking, I would highly recommend. Make sure to bring your own wine if you are interested in having some for your event, there is a wine store nearby if you need to make a trip. Will be booking this again for future team events!

Was hoping it was a bit more in depth like getting the fire going or making the dough. Just rolling the dough and adding toppings to put in the oven wasn't what I had expected. To be fair, Phoebe did answer questions but the focus then got further diluted in making donuts and gelato ... I thought I signed up for a wood fired pizza making class

I am still going to give Chef Daniel five stars for being genial and professional, even though it was very hard to navigate the neighborhood, as Santee is more of an alley than a street, and the building itself was hard to get into, with so many security features. I was late as a result.

This class was beyond amazing! My husband and I decided to take this pizza cooking class as our date day/night. We learned how to make 3 types of pizza from scratch. The best part is enjoying the pizza. It tasted very yummy. I would recommended this pizza class to everyone. Chef Daniel was very organized, detailed. His studio was the best place to learn how to make pizza.

Chef Roger was amazing. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and just all around great teacher. He made his class easy to learn and easy to achieve at home. He taught us new cooking techniques and even showed us how to make two amazing fresh salads from our own homegrown food. He sent us home with all the left overs from the class (which was a TON) and we left full and so very happy! What a wonderful class! I highly recommend chef Roger & cozymeal.

Chef Cat is wonderful! I learned the basics of pizza making, and made a delicious vegetarian pizza. She is knowledgeable, and made me feel like a pro by the end of the session. I would definitely recommend her class to ANYONE who loves pizza.

We had so much fun in this class. Chef Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and gives you a hands on pizza making experience. Before the class, he ensured we had the appropriate directions (with pictures) to find his place easily and truly set the tone for an awesome evening. We plan on taking other classes with him and would definitely recommend him to others. During the class, we made 3 pizzas and he was hands on the entire time- ensuring we knew what we were doing, explaining how ingredients were working together, and setting us up for success when we try the same thing at home.

Phenomenal experience. Chef Daniel went back to the basics and taught us things I never thought was there! I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. It was such a novel experience and cozymeal is such an awesome app.

Daniel was super knowledgeable and gave us a fun hands-on experience. He was a joy to be around and the pizza we made was THE BEST pizza we ever had. The pesto ham one was our favorite. Chef Cat was super nice and cheerful and passionate about the class. The setting was adequate and I like how we all participate and did so in groups sometimes. The instructions of how to following the class were a bit confusing even on the sheet afterward (for newbies). I wonder about having the sheet during class. The pizza turned out incredible and I made one with the dough I brought home. I was very happy with my results! I would like to give a tip also I see that's an option but also feel the class was pricey in addition to that.

Chef Cat was amazing! She was super informative and we loved that she split the class evenly so there was both group and individual instruction. Even with a class of 11, we got to be as hands-on as we could with the process. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer, salad, and the sides and toppings options for our pizzas. Chef Cat was friendly, easy to talk to and communicate with. We were also celebrating a birthday and Chef Cat was accommodating and very pleasant about it. Would 100% do this again. If you're still thinking about it: DON'T. Just do it. You will NOT regret it!

We had an awesome time learning to make pizzas with Chef James. He is fun to work with and took good care of us - there was a cheese plate with olives waiting for us on arrival, followed by all the pizzas that we baked (everyone gets to make their own pizzas, and then eat them too :D) and then a yummy dessert in the end. He walked us through the baking and the technical details around the ingredients and the process, as we were making our pizzas - so an informative session. He was open to questions and patiently answered each and every one of them! All in all, will recommend this class to any pizza lover out there! :)

I loved this class! It was fun working with a small group and learning everything about the dough making process, special sourdough starters, and properly shaping the dough. Pizzas came out great and I can't wait to make more! Chef Cat was awesome.

What a wonderful experience and welcoming host! My team and I visited Chef James's lovely home and impressively well-appointed kitchen as part of a small corporate offsite event, and left with not only a great meal (Neapolitan pizza) - that we helped to prepare! - but also tons of interesting information about the cuisine. Highly recommended

Chef James was fantastic. Our team of 9 had a great experience at his home. He showed us how to make our own Neapolitan style pizzas and prepared a delicious desert to end the meal. The food was fantastic and Chef James' instruction was very thorough. Would recommend this experience to a small group of 5-10 people.
