WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING ABOUT THESE GLUTEN FREE COOKING CLASSES IN THE BAY AREA

Booked the class Gluten-Free Dumpling Delights with Chef Parsati in San Jose (Edenvale)

Gluten Free Dumpling Delights class taught my friends and I how to make dough for steamed dumplings with ground chicken, veggies and spices and we also used rice paper for a lightly fried veggie with chickpeas and spices roll. We assisted making these rolls. Chef Parsati showed us how to make the sauces for them. We also made a chocolate, mango dessert with coconut flour and cardamon spice. We all really enjoyed the flavors of the hot foods. Chef was friendly, knowledgeable, social and helpful. Class was held in her home kitchen. She did prep work before we began and she cleaned up after we left. The table was preset for our meal. It was a lovely experience.
