You’ll craft two stunning varieties: vibrant vegetable dumplings with a ruby red dipping sauce and delicate star-flower dumplings filled with rice, chicken and herbs, paired with a savory soy ginger sauce. We had SUCH a good time with Chef Parsati!! She made the class a very welcoming experience, in a homey setting, with plenty of hands-on instruction and fun. The recipes are _delicious_! My wife and I will 100% be making them in our kitchen, especially since Chef Parsati specifically talked about ways that we could adapt what she taught us to make them even more simple and easily even for a weeknight dinner. I really appreciated that she was super-cognizant of our dietary restrictions and went the extra mile to make sure our concerns were addressed and the meal was enjoyable for everyone involved.

An unforgettable, cozy family experience! We took this gluten-free dumpling cooking class to celebrate my and my daughter’s birthdays, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming—it felt like being invited into a friend’s kitchen. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making sure everyone (including my husband and our two sons) felt involved and confident. The dumplings were amazing—so flavorful and authentic you’d never guess they were gluten-free! We learned so many tips and tricks that we can’t wait to try at home.
