Karen was amazing, my wife and I had a terrific time learning all the tips and tricks cooking some impressive greek food. You can learn so much cooking alongside Karen, she's knowledgeable, prepared, and above all she made it fun! The chicken was seasoned to PERFECTION and the dessert was AMAZING. Would 100% cook with Karen again, we highly recommend her!!

Chef Karen is fabulous! We did appetizers, main dish (chicken, couscous, asparagus), and dessert. She showed us how to plate the food for presentation and how make it look fancy with a few small touches. Our meal was delicious!

This is an overdue review for an incredible time with Chef Eric! My boyfriend and I took his French Pastry class around Valentine's Day and it was such a great learning experience. Eric walked us through all the steps, showed us his techniques of making the perfect dough, and also sent us home with extra dough so we could make a second galette at home on our own. Overall, highly recommend Chef Eric and we're looking forward to taking more of his classes!

Chef Eloise was very knowledgeable about macarons and was very friendly. For such a technical dish, she made it fun and easy to follow along. The one suggestion I would make is for her to play some soft music in the background to add to the ambiance of the experience.

Chef Lamia was amazing! It was a perfect way for my friends and I to spend the evening together. She made us feel so welcome in her home. The pace and format of the class enabled us to balance observing and learning with cooking, which was a very relaxing pace. She shared practical tips and her passion for cooking--and was a great storyteller! The icing was sitting down to enjoy the delicious meal we had created together. Chef Lamia is a treasure!

What an incredible experience this was. I have never taken a cooking class before but this certainly was a great way to start. Chef Lamia is not only an incredible cook, but a great teacher. Moreover she was really organized which allowed us to bake 3 full bread recipes in just 3 hours, allowing us to take home our creations to share with our loved ones.Â

Chef Lamia's Morrocan Tagine class was all I could ask for a cooking class. The class was interactive, and she taught us all the steps and let us do most parts of the work. Ingredients were organic and high quality, and we all enjoyed all the dishes afterward. Her place was also beautiful, and she was a great host as well as a great chef.

It was a really great experience to learn how to do macarons. This 2h class mostly goes over the process of how macarons are done, be part of preparing the creams and then get to form your own macarons. Our macarons were delicious, though nobody told us until now that you actually need to have patience and wait 24-48 until is recommended for them to be eaten :D.

I really enjoyed Chef Eloise cookie baking class! She paid attentions to details and gave us informations that we needed to know to make delicious cookies. Before this class, I tried to bake cookies a few times. I got some recipes online or books, but sometimes it was hard to get things right, like how soft butter should be or how the dough should be like. She instructed all. This is a ideal hands-on class and I loved her class very much!

This was our first class with Cozymeal and we couldn't be happier about our experience with Chef Lamia! We took her French-Moroccan cooking class and left feeling informed, inspired, and definitely well-fed! Chef Lamia is a knowledgeable chef experienced in many cuisines, but what makes her special is her warmth, generosity and approachability. She instantly made us feel welcome and led us through the process of the three-course meal prep, from start to finish. Not only was she friendly and encouraging during the whole process, but she also answered a lot of my cooking questions and helped address my everyday menu planning, stress-free. As a result, I am no longer scared of taking on a souffle or a cheese puff, and feel more confident about using various spices. Plus, we learned some French, too, since Chef Lamia is a native speaker! It takes a true professional to keep the integrity of the dishes and at the same time make the learning process exciting and accessible. We'll definitely take her classes again!

Chef Eloise was very clear in her instructions. She made sure everyone was following what we were doing. She stopped to ask us if we had any questions. There is a bit of prep already done like a celebrity chef cooking on a talk show. But if everyone were to get the hands-on experience, you would need a more extensive classroom and a quite bit more time. Not to mention a lot of macarons wouldn't have turned out as nice as ours did.
