Maggie was so organized and prepared for our class. She taught us some great professional techniques, the meal was delicious and we have such a better understanding of vegan cooking techniques. By the end of class we were both flipping our own crepes!

Chef Polly is super knowledgeable and brought some amazing recopies to the class. She was so easy to talk to and guided us throughout the whole day and even prepared a few special side dishes along the way as well. We very much enjoyed our time with her making delicious food, and the cooking space is so beautiful as well with great scenery. We can't wait to try another one of her classes in the near future (and bring our friends!)

Chef Mordechai is amazing. My pizza making cooking class with Chef Mordechai was the best cooking class I ever had. The class is fun and very hands on. Chef brought a lot of extra materials for everyone to have plenty to practice and nailed the techniques and everything tasted amazing. Chef also agree to show us how to use my own wood burning pizza oven and share lots of tips. I will definitely recommend this class to everyone!

Maggie was such a fantastic teacher and made amazingly flavorful food for us! I don't usually expect delicious Vegan European food, but this surpassed all my expectations. My favorite dish of the night was the ratatouille with each flavor note standing out beautifully and paired perfectly with a simple baked potato topped with hollandaise sauce. Yum! The best part was that all the dishes being so simple and healthy, are easily replicable any other time at home. We definitely learned a lot and cannot recommend her enough! Truly a wonderful birthday surprise!

We had such an awesome class with Chef Moti! He came to our apartment and was so organized with the recipes and needed equipment that we didn't have. The Mediterranean food we made through his guidance SO delicious, truly some of the best med food I've had (and big portions, enough for leftovers :)). He was very accommodating with dietary restrictions, collaborating with me to come up with a menu that worked for our group. He created a fun atmosphere that my family all enjoyed, we shared laughs and stories of life. He taught us cooking techniques that I'm excited to take into our everyday cooking. We had so much fun at Chef Lorenzo's class! The food was great and tasted so good after a long day of work. If you are considering booking, I would highly recommend. Make sure to bring your own wine if you are interested in having some for your event, there is a wine store nearby if you need to make a trip. Will be booking this again for future team events!

We took the adventures in Thai Cooking with Chef Elham. Loved it. Small class--3 couples so each worked on a separate recipe. Chef went over ingredients, how to prepare them, shared with us many of the unique ingredients and how to get them. The food was amazing, I left feeling like I could make any of these dishes at home, and cant wait to try them.

You need to improve your communication. I became very apprehensive when I sent 3 messages via your website to the chef and no answer til the afternoon of the day before the event. Then he shows up 25 min late with no forewarning. Very embarrassing and cause of anxiety for me. Lorenzo was charming, very knowledgable about the food prep and cooking, very fun. I did give him a tip as he was leaving.

We had a great time, and the tapas and paellas that we were making are something that I can continue to make at home. It was delicious. But more importantly, Chef Daniel is patient and thoughtful. He shares his experience organizing one's kitchen, prepping before cooking, using a knife effectively, and managing the heat during cooking, all of those little things that make up an excellent dish. Something you couldn't get from merely reading and following the recipe. It is about learning great cooking habits and workflow. One tends to want to cook more often if one has a great workflow and process to achieve the desired outcome.

This is an overdue review for an incredible time with Chef Eric! My boyfriend and I took his French Pastry class around Valentine's Day and it was such a great learning experience. Eric walked us through all the steps, showed us his techniques of making the perfect dough, and also sent us home with extra dough so we could make a second galette at home on our own. Overall, highly recommend Chef Eric and we're looking forward to taking more of his classes!

Our Executive Team of 11 had a wonderful Italian team building cooking experience with Chef Dirk! He has such a great, upbeat personality that had all of us laughing and engaged. We made a wonderful meal of homemade pasta and sauces, the dessert was fabulous and we really enjoyed our evening. He did a great job of accommodating our 3 food restrictions. I highly recommend him if you want a yummy dinner, great entertainment and to learn how to cook!

Chef Phoebe was an absolute delight! She covered so many topics with true passion and it was infectious! :) It was great to hear a true story of following your dreams, and the many wild stories she had to share as we stuffed ourselves with AMAZING sushi! Cooking class with Chef Ruel was a fantastic experience! My boyfriend and I attended the Spanish Tapas class right before Valentine's day. Chef Ruel had a lovely setup with all the necessary ingredients at hand. Another couple was also present for the class and we all split up to chop and prepare different parts of the meal. Chef Ruel provided some basic cooking tips as well ad advanced instruction on how everything comes together for the final presentation. We had a delightful time taking the class and really enjoyed spending the evening with the other couple, Chef Ruel, and Shelly.

Chef Mikki was great! He was friendly, adapted for our personal needs and experience levels, and the food turned out delicious. Using the skills we learned in our cooking class, we have even been able to add a yummy paella to our cooking repertoire, and have made it successfully at home! Chef Zenaidy is the best! She is so fun and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic, but most importantly, we learned so much! Very hands-on instruction and Chef Zenaidy makes you feel like you really can make everything on your own at home. Best part is that she speaks Italian, so we truly felt like we were with family. We had a great date night at Chef MikkiвЂ™s cooking class. He was accommodating to a gluten allergy we had but everything turned out delicious. He was knowledgeable of all our questions pertaining to the recipe and general cooking questions. He had a great personality as well. I wish the class would have been more hands on.

My husband and I took a cooking class (Vietnamese Cuisine) with Chef Roger--he is the BEST!!! An enthusiastic teacher, amazing/creative chef, and completely accommodated my dietary needs. His use of fresh, local (some from his backyard gardens!), and HIGH quality ingredients made our experience incredible. He was kind and patient and helped us learn cool hacks/techniques that will really enable us to replicate these dishes at home. We will DEFINITELY be using Cozymeal again--and 100% taking more classes with Chef Roger!

Meghna was fantastic! I loved her introduction of spices and how each one was used. The rice was different and amazing as well as all of the savory dishes. Some of the best Indian dishes I have had even after travelled to India for 5 months. Thanks , we will be back!

I am still going to give Chef Daniel five stars for being genial and professional, even though it was very hard to navigate the neighborhood, as Santee is more of an alley than a street, and the building itself was hard to get into, with so many security features. I was late as a result.

This class was beyond amazing! My husband and I decided to take this pizza cooking class as our date day/night. We learned how to make 3 types of pizza from scratch. The best part is enjoying the pizza. It tasted very yummy. I would recommended this pizza class to everyone. Chef Daniel was very organized, detailed. His studio was the best place to learn how to make pizza.
