Take a voyage through the enticing flavors of Thai cuisine with Chef Elham in this exciting cooking class! You'll learn a bit of culinary history and develop important kitchen techniques while using fresh ingredients to create authentic Asian-Pacific tastes and textures.
You'll whip up a creamy chicken and coconut milk soup and savory Pad Thai noodles loaded with shrimp, eggs and tofu. Then, you'll prepare a creamy green curry beef with eggplant. Your lesson ends on a perfectly sweet note with an indulgent coconut-mango sticky rice.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
