Chef Zenaidy is the best! She is so fun and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic, but most importantly, we learned so much! Very hands-on instruction and Chef Zenaidy makes you feel like you really can make everything on your own at home. Best part is that she speaks Italian, so we truly felt like we were with family. Chef Ryan was great! My husband and I had so much fun learning about Filipino food and making such a delicious meal. Ryan was patient with us and made everything super comfortable and friendly. We ended up with a good amount of leftovers, too, so we got to have our dishes again the next night for dinner. I'd highly recommend this class to a couple looking for a fun and relaxing evening with yummy food!

Everything we made was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked, and we can’t wait to try to replicate it! As a bonus, he even rolled with it when we (accidentally) showed up half an hour early. We only brought one bottle of wine, which we finished while cooking, so Barbara brought out her own bottle when we sat down to enjoy the food. Awesome host!!

Chef Barbara was amazing! Thank you for such a wonderful night. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as I'd never taken a cooking class before. I got this as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and it was WONDERFUL! Chef Barbara was thoughtful and patient and wonderfully prepared. We both had some dietary restrictions that she went above and beyond to accommodate and it was a joy spending a night cooking in her home! Definitely would recommend this to anyone!

I reserved 2 spots for my wife and I for my wife's birthday and we had so much fun! Ive done Cozy meal before and my last class had around 8 people in the class and it sometimes made it hard to participate, but Chef Barbary only allows for 4 people to attend making it much more personal and eventful.

Chef Evan's view alone is worth taking this class, and the incredible class on grilling and the meal make it a no-brainer. Chef Evan lives on the top of a mountain in a cool home built in the shape of three tents, with a wraparound porch giving a view onto the Santa Cruz Mountains. He gathers a ton of his ingredients from his own garden plot, and the rest of this food is locally sourced and absolutely amazing. Definitely a must try.

Jose Luis is the best! He's full of jokes and stories and his tapas are fantastically flavorful. It's impossible not to fall in love with the datiles endiablados--bacon wrapped chorizo! Jose Luis has a gorgeous restaurant space and he is so generous and talented. Definitely can't wait to go back.

It was an absolute pleasure learning to make tapas with Chef Jose Luis. He's a super friendly, very funny guy with a ton of knowledge about Spanish cooking. His space is beautiful as well -- from the traditional English-style pub, modeled after his days in England and decorated with photos of his dogs, to the Mediterranean-style patio, the whole place is comfortable and welcoming.

The class was excellent. Both in terms of how clear and easy to follow the instructions were, value for money and how well the recipes turned out.
Yes, I know that in this age and times, you have plenty of resources to learn anything, especially cooking, but nothing beats the experience of doing it by yourself, handling the ingredients, mixing up things and creating an Instagram worthy, restaurant quality masterpiece.
Chef Shameem (I hope I am not mixing up her name) was excellent with her clear instructions and also kept a watchful eye on everyone to make sure the fine line between a great creation and also-ran is not crossed. Overall experience: Great!

Chef Andrea was an excellent instructor. I especially appreciated that after she would display how to pleat the siu mai and har gow skin, she came around each table to give assistance to those who needed help. Also, qwhen the har gow flour didn't work out, she was prepared for plan B. Her helpers also helped make the class run smooth. The class was fun!!!

Chef Andrea and her team were amazing! We had so much fun! I would suggest a smaller class or bigger tables. We were fortunate to have 2 at our table. The tabels who had 4 people, had 2 cutting boards, and shared ingredients. I would have been disappointed. Over all we had a great experience.
