Booked the class Timeless Culinary Tools and Techniques with Chef Justine in South Bay & Peninsula (Palo Alto)
A sub chef at last minute. No teaching necessarily but just follow the process. Not good. Kitchen was overcrowded with people without stove. We were paired with strangers and not enough things for people to work on. We didn’t even end up having a piece of ribs for ourselves at all! Very much below expectations.
