Join Chef Elham in this interactive cooking class on everything chocolate. Enjoy a savory appetizer platter as you learn all about different types of chocolate and how they're made. Chef Elham will show you how to work with chocolate and create stunning dishes that are beautifully plated for an impressive and artistic presentation. You can look forward to creating chocolate molten cake with raspberry coulis, dark chocolate mousse and chocolate dipped fruit so you can end any meal on a perfect chocolate note.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
