Chef Parsati was an awesome teacher! She welcomed us to the class like we friends getting together to cook in the meal. All of the food was delicious and the way were taught the recipes allowed us to easily scale to different portion sizes as required. Would recommend any of her classes

Thank you so much, Chef Parsati! This was a phenomenal birthday present! We learned to make INCREDIBLE, accessible, delicious vegan food that we will absolutely be making again in our own home. Chef Parsati is brilliant and was fantastic at explaining what and why she was doing. She allowed the class to be hands on and was kind enough to answer all of our questions about techniques and Indian cooking in general. She was incredibly mindful and attentive to ingredients used especially given our food restrictions. Her home was beautiful and absolutely spotless, and she made us feel so welcomed in her space. We are looking forward to booking another cooking class with her in the future!

Chef Parsati was so kind, generous, and friendly. She made the class very inviting and informative, giving thoughtful tips and recommendations on how to cook at home. We enjoyed participating and learning, and of course trying the wonderful dishes at the end. This is a great experience!
