WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Dirk, you and your team will learn how to prepare a colorful four-course menu that is built on the principles of a contemporary plant-based diet. You and your team will begin by building a garden salad with a homemade five-vinegar, three-oil vinaigrette. Then, learn how to prepare two plant-based entrées brimming with fresh, colorful vegetables, herbs and seasonings. Lastly, you'll enjoy a seasonal fruit salad featuring a homemade apple cider maple syrup marinade.

We did the cozymeal cooking class (Asian fusion) as part of our team building activity. It was very fun and interactive. We learned so much about the different dishes, Chef Dirk and his assistant, Max, were also very friendly and funny! They had fun giveaways as well. The food was delicious. We were a group of 14 and it was just a new and refreshing way to have dinner with your colleagues apart from the traditional business meal dinner. highly recommend. They provide aprons for you but we brough our own company branded aprons.

Chef Dirk was very engaging and detail oriented. Making pasta from dough was a unique experience. The food tasted great and we all enjoyed dinner after cooking The kitchen was in a house and a bit congested for 8 people. A quick demo on how the fresh pasta dough was made would have been helpful too. We asked the chef to share the recipe afterwards so we could repeat the effort at home.

Chef Dirk was great! The menu was new and interesting, not something I have prepared before. Chef gave good instruction, used really fresh ingredients and used a lot of nice herbs and spices. He was very accommodating to allergies, and really went out of his way to make that work for my son. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the venue. It was really situated best for 4 guests, but we had 6. 2 people had to sit by themselves in the kitchen, and 4 on the other side of the kitchen. Parking in the immediate area is also very difficult. I left chef a cash tip, that is the only reason I am not adding additional tip here.
