Daniel hosted a fantastic class. The salad was inspired, hand-making the pasta was incredibly rewarding, and everything tasted fantastic. His loft is perfect for this type of event, and it was a treat to get to know Daniel over the course of the evening. I'd absolutely book with him again. Highly recommend!

My partner and I went to a cooking class at Chef Daniel’s and had such a lovely evening! Truly exceeded our expectations. Great vibes all around - relaxing, authentic, and fun. You could really sense his passion and deep knowledge of cooking. The dishes were delicious, and we both learned a lot while having a great time. I immediately wanted to book another class with him. My husband and I had a good experience with chef Daniel. The food was very tasty and we learned a few tips. We went on a Monday so we had only 2 other people in the class which was nice. The best part was the hands on with the pasta making. Parking was easy (San Francisco, Mariposa st.) too. We would do this again!

Chef was fantastic, thoughtful, and clever in how he organized the meal and talked through the ingredient choices and process. We learned from simple ravioli to more complex tortellini, and a few in between. Highly recommend!
