Have a great time slinging pizza and preparing fresh toppings in this interactive cooking class.

Embark on a culinary journey to Little Italy with this interactive cooking class led by Chef Mordechai. You will discover the art of slinging Neapolitan style pizza high into the air before baking it with the perfect balance of sauce, cheese and toppings.

Get hands-on as you prepare pizza dough and chicory salad with aromatic orange vinaigrette. Next, prepare fresh toppings including BГ©chamel sauce, three cheese pizza topped with a mix of different type of mushrooms, savory Italian pork sausage and fresh broccoli rabe. Cook your pizza in a mobile gas oven for a beautiful presentation and end with hands on making Amalfi lemon cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an absolutely amazing class with Chef Motti! I got this experience as a birthday gift for my husband and he said it was the coolest birthday gift! Chef Motti brought over such fresh ingredients and we had an incredible time making pizzas with him. He taught us so much in terms of making the dough, techniques for stretching it, how to properly place the pizzas in the oven, etc. Chef Motti was so kind and patient in answering any and all questions we had, and he was such a delight to spend time with. And to top it all off, the pizzas (and all the other food) were SO tasty!!! Some of the best pizza I've ever had. And we had plenty for leftovers! (He was also so efficient and thorough with all the clean-up after the cooking.) I would HIGHLY recommend this class, or any other experiences, with Chef Motti.

I purchased an outdoor gas pizza oven but had no clue how to use it. Chef Motti graciously set the oven up, taught me how to use it and make the most delicious at home pizza. His tips for working with the dough are invaluable. HeĐ²Đ‚â„¢s an excellent teacher - personable, patient and encouraging.
