Discover the world of healthy and simple Ayurvedic cuisine with the help of Chef Parsati.

Ayurvedic cuisine is an ancient style of cooking that perfectly balances proteins, carbohydrates, vegetables and spices. In this cooking class with Chef Parsati, you will learn how to make five healthy Ayurvedic dishes completely from scratch.

Begin with a refreshing cucumber and kefir cooler, full of probiotics. Then, learn how to make khichdi, a popular Ayurvedic lentil and rice stew. You will enjoy it with eggplant salsa and tofu sizzlers topped with mint yogurt. Finally, prepare a dessert made from millet, milk, spices and dried fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Parsati made us feel so comfortable from the second we walked in. She was so welcoming, friendly, and very educational. We really enjoyed making and eating every dish during our class. It was a very special and tasty way to celebrate Valentine’s Day for my wife and I.
