Chef Parsati showcases flavors of India that is sure to be a meal filled with passion.

In this hands-on class, you will learn all about Indian cooking techniques as Chef Parsati shows you how to incorporate a variety of ingredients and flavors to make each dish pop.

Chef Parsati will also show you how you can easily bring Indian fare into your own kitchen using simple, local ingredients. Discover the flavors of India as you learn how to create authentic Indian dishes such as chicken pasando with ground almonds, tomato kachumber, an aromatic saffron pulao, sabudana kheer for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
