Build a flavorful grilled menu in this cooking class while practicing smoking and heat control basics.
Work with fire and smoke in this fun cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area). Guided by Chef Andrea or a resident chef, you’ll prepare corn fritters with smoked salmon, grilled skirt steak with scallion gremolata and grilled corn with lime butter. You’ll also make a radish and fennel salad and grilled fruit with bourbon butter sauce. Meet your chef
After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
