Although very friendly and had good conversation, the chef did not have the knowledge or experience in the cuisine. There was a lot of reading off the instructions and had a comment of вЂњweвЂ™re learning togetherвЂќ which isnвЂ™t the best feeling when paying for a cooking class. Unable to answer a lot of questions we had as there was no experience in the dish.
