Although very friendly and had good conversation, the chef did not have the knowledge or experience in the cuisine. There was a lot of reading off the instructions and had a comment of “we’re learning together†which isn’t the best feeling when paying for a cooking class. Unable to answer a lot of questions we had as there was no experience in the dish.
Rachel was great & did her best with the alotted time. The organizers should allow for more time withthis class, especiallyif it is supposedto be . We started about 5 minutes late (our fault), but that didn't
