WHAT YOU’LL DO

Add some French flair to your home baking in this chef-led macaron workshop.
If you’re craving a taste of proper Parisian patisserie, this cooking class is sure to help. In it, you’ll learn the skills required to recreate iconic French macarons. Guided by a renowned chef, you’ll rustle up two takes on a classic vanilla macaron. One features a tangy blackberry buttercream, while the other is sure to soothe your sweet tooth with a rich and impossibly indulgent hazelnut-chocolate ganache.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.
