Excel at using cast iron cookware for an all-round culinary experience.
Explore the unparalleled versatility of cast-iron cookware as you master methods and maintenance for lasting enjoyment. Ideal for pan-searing meat, creating crispy vegetables or baking gooey sweet treats, you'll prepare a trio of savory and sweet dishes using cast-iron pans. Using cast iron cookware enhances food texture and flavor, making it a popular choice for cooking enthusiasts at all levels.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.
