WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create a St. Patrick’s Day macaron lineup in this guided cooking session.
Bake festive French pastries in this interactive cooking class in Albany. With guidance from Chef Rachel or a resident chef, you’ll prepare Irish coffee–flavored macarons and shamrock-shaped macarons while learning key techniques for consistent texture and appearance. You’ll focus on proper mixing, resting and baking methods. This cooking class in Albany offers a fun, hands-on way to build confidence with macarons.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
