WHAT YOU’LL DO

Encourage budding bakers with an interactive 3-day class full of hands-on experience.
Inspire your junior baker with an entertaining 3-day cooking series. Designed for budding chefs aged 12 and up, this workshop gives young chefs a grounding in cooking and food safety skills. Following the professional chef instructor, teens will learn about different bakes from around the world and, at the end of the sessions, will get to put their new skills to the test with a fun challenge of making a meal from mystery ingredients. Plus, every participant will receive a graduation certificate.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.
