WHAT YOU’LL DO

Inspire your blossoming chef with a hands-on 5-day class teaching next level baking skills.
Tailored to ages 12 and up, this 5-day cooking series will help baking fans hone their craft and improve their skills. In these summer cooking classes, teens will tackle some challenging baking recipes from around the world under the guidance of an experienced chef tutor, and pick up some advanced baking techniques, as well as a few tricks of the trade. They’ll also acquire some invaluable kitchen skills along the way, from prepping raw ingredients to following the best practices for kitchen safety.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes.В Parents do not stay during the classes.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17

Although very friendly and had good conversation, the chef did not have the knowledge or experience in the cuisine. There was a lot of reading off the instructions and had a comment of “we’re learning together” which isn’t the best feeling when paying for a cooking class. Unable to answer a lot of questions we had as there was no experience in the dish.
