Seasonal flavors from the heart of gourmet country take to the table.

Warm up your dining possibilities with a cooking class that transforms wholesome ingredients into delicious spring dishes with a French twist. You'll walk through every dish step by step with a talented instructor as you create pan-seared salmon, haricots verts, duchess potatoes and an elegant artisan ice cream flavored with honey and lavender.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
