WHAT YOU’LL DO

This dedicated macaron-making class is perfect for those with a penchant for Parisian pastry.
Step confidently into the world of Parisian patisserie with this refined macaron-focused cooking class. Guided by an esteemed chef, you'll get hands-on practice with tips and techniques that are sure to elevate your baking game, all while satisfying your sweet tooth. Specifically, you’ll create two irresistible recipes: a vanilla bean macaron filled with raspberry and white chocolate buttercream, and another that delivers a clever twist on classic crème brûlée.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.
